Requirements & Qualification
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our General Manager. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, preferably in the UAE real estate sector, and is confident handling high-level administrative tasks and confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage the GM’s calendar, meetings, and travel
✔ Prepare reports, presentations, and real estate documents
✔ Organize property records and maintain filing systems
✔ Coordinate internal communication between departments
✔ Assist with real estate data, market research, and project tracking
✔ Draft meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 2–5 years relevant experience (real estate/UAE preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus
- Professionalism, discretion, and strong problem-solving ability
