Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present premium pastries, cakes, and desserts with precision.
Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
Supervise junior pastry staff and maintain kitchen standards.
Adhere to food safety (HACCP) and hygiene protocols.
Assist in inventory and cost control.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Pastry DCDP/CDP in hotels/upscale restaurants.
Creative flair and knowledge of modern & classical pastry techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
