RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Provide admin support to management to help keep operations smooth.
– Manage both physical and digital filing / record‑keeping systems.
– Handle day‑to‑day office operations and assist with internal communications.
REQUIREMENTS:
– At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role in the UAE.
– Excellent organizational skills, detail‑oriented.
– Fluent English (spoken & written); strong interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
– Understanding of business / sales functions.
– Available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
– Nationality: Filipino
QUALIFICATION:
– Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
– Preferred with drivers license
