Hiring: HR Operations Executive – Construction Industry (UAE-Based Only)
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR operations within the construction industry?
We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing team on-site.

✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of HR operations experience in the UAE construction industry
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa processing, and employee onboarding/offboarding
Experience handling site staff documentation, payroll coordination, and attendance systems
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment
