📢 We Are Hiring – HR Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth administration of employee records, and assisting with day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
Handle employee documentation (contracts, letters, certificates, etc.).
Provide administrative support for HR policies, procedures, and activities.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum [2–3 years] of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
professionally.
Salary Package : 4500-5500
Location: Dubai-AlGarhoud
Employment Type: Full time/ Contract
