About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality landscape drawings, layouts, and technical designs that support project planning and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Prepare detailed landscape drawings, plans, and 3D views using AutoCAD and relevant drafting software
▪️ Develop site plans, planting plans, irrigation layouts, and construction details
▪️ Coordinate with the Design Manager, project engineers, and site team to ensure design accuracy
▪️ Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions
▪️ Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements
▪️ Assist in preparing BOQs and material specifications
Requirements:
▪️ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Landscape Draftsman in the UAE
▪️ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Photoshop is a plus
▪️ Solid understanding of landscaping standards, hardscape/softscape elements, and site execution
▪️ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
▪️ Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
