Position: Ward Clerk (Revenue Cycle/ Insurance)
Location: DUBAI
The Ward Clerk is responsible for a variety of administrative support, including reception duties, registration and bookings, admissions and discharges, clerical support and data entry to ensure optimal and safe patient care. He/she acts in compliance with the overall departmental protocol, and are in compliance with the hospital and federal regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
Bachelor Degree holder.
At least 2 years’ experience preferably in a hospital setting.
Familiar with medical terminologies, insurance benefits and policies.
Strong customer service and administrative skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English is required. Arabic is preferred.
Computer literate.
