China Tang Dubai is looking for a Chopper Commis to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you have experience working in a Chinese restaurant and are confident with precision knife skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Role:
– Expertly handle vegetable and meat preparation with precision and speed
– Ensure ingredients are consistently chopped and sliced according to required specifications
– Support chefs in maintaining kitchen efficiency, especially during peak hours
– Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety
– Assist in stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients
What We’re Looking For:
– At least 1 year of experience as a Chopper Commis, preferably in a Chinese kitchen
– Familiarity with traditional Chinese ingredients and preparation techniques
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
– Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
– A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork
