Job Description:

Maintain HR records, databases, and personnel files.
Coordinate leave, attendance, and payroll-related activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Immediate availability preferred.
