Position – Technical Recruiter
Experience – minimum 3 years in talent acquisition in the above mentioned sectors
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree
Industry – Oil and gas, Power plants, EPC
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Advanced experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other platforms to proactively source candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
