Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Deira, Dubai, with a specific focus on the East African market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our showroom.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Attend to customers visiting our showroom, providing expert guidance and support.
2. Handle inquiries from African and international buyers, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
3. Generate quotations and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
4. Coordinate shipping and prepare export documentation to ensure seamless transactions.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in English; knowledge of French and/or Swahili is a significant advantage.
2. Previous experience in retail or B2B sales is preferred.
3. Familiarity with the shipping/export process is highly desirable.
4. Must possess a valid visa to work in Dubai or be available to join immediately.
