Admin Assistant – Real Estate
Dubai, UAE
We’re looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team! You’ll provide administrative support, manage office operations, and assist our real estate agents and clients.
Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls, emails, and messages
– Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
– Prepare documents, contracts, and reports
– Maintain office organization and supplies
– Provide excellent customer service
– Support agents with paperwork and admin tasks
– Assist with event planning and coordination
Requirements:
– 2+ years of admin experience in Real estate
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
– Ability to multitask and work independently
– Applicants currently available in Dubai or UAE but willing to relocate in Dubai
