Studio360 is currently seeing a Senior Urban Designer to lead master planning projects from inception through detailed design phases.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping urban design strategies, public realm development, mobility, and environmental responsiveness, and the visual identity of large-scale developments. This role also involves managing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating across multiple disciplines (architecture, landscape, infrastructure, transport, and sustainability) to ensure high-quality, timely, and on-budget project delivery.
Requirements:
– Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in large-scale master plans, mixed-use developments, public realm design, and infrastructure coordination.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools; GIS knowledge is an advantage.
– Excellent graphic, visual communication, and presentation skills.
– Good understanding of planning codes, sustainability standards, and transit/mobility integration.
– Proven leadership, management, and mentoring abilities.
– 8-12 years of experience in Urban Design and Master Planning.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
