🚨 We Are Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (Civil) 🚨

We are urgently looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our team in UAQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenders, evaluating costs, and ensuring efficient project execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
◼️ Lead and manage tenders in line with company rules and procedures to maximize business opportunities.
◼️Ensure a consistent tender process to improve quality and efficiency.
◼️Conduct risk evaluation, cost estimation, and value management.
◼️Prepare and calculate approximate project costs (RFPs / RFQs).
◼️Examine and evaluate bids.
◼️Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Management to optimize tender solutions from handover to submission.
◼️Monitor monthly cost reports (budgets, certified to date, approved variations, anticipated variations, etc.).
◼️Review constraints for advisory and contractor contracts.
◼️Apply knowledge of industry-standard construction contracts.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ 3–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
✔️Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
✔️Proven experience in contractual firms, with expertise in both pre- and post-contract tenders.
✔️Strong analytical mindset with cost evaluation and feasibility assessment skills.
✔️Solid understanding of both MEP and Civil Works.
✔️Proficiency in measurements, mathematical calculations, and site surveys.
✔️Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
