Head of Reinsurance

YOA Risk Services is seeking an accomplished Head of Reinsurance to lead our reinsurance technical and claims operations in Dubai International Financial Centre.

This senior leadership role requires a proven reinsurance professional with at least 15 years’ experience, strong expertise across Facultative and Treaty reinsurance, and a track record in multi-line business exposure, technical oversight, and claims management. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership, oversee complex reinsurance contracts, ensure compliance with DIFC standards, and build strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and regulators.

Location: DIFC, UAE (with travel as required)
